For staffing & manufacturing

OSHA documentation · EEOC interview parity

Safety briefings that everyone actually hears.

OSHA's General Duty Clause requires workers receive safety information in a language they understand. EEOC requires interview parity. OmniLink covers onboarding orientations, HR interviews, and contractor coordination — with explicit acknowledgment that critical safety steps still need human verification.

Not for use as the sole basis for lockout/tagout, confined-space entry, or other safety-critical instructions.

Where teams use OmniLink

Built for the conversations you have every day.

New-hire orientation

Day-one onboarding for a multilingual workforce. Run the full orientation, capture acknowledgments, route signed documents to your HRIS.

Toolbox talks (assistive)

Daily safety talks at the start of shift. Use OmniLink to deliver the talk in the workers' languages — pair with a qualified bilingual safety lead for the lockout/tagout-style steps.

JHA / JSA reviews

Job hazard analysis walkthroughs on the floor. Capture the worker's questions in their language, push the JHA acknowledgment to the worker's record.

HR interviews

Interview parity — every applicant gets the same interview in their language. Documented under EEOC recordkeeping.

Harassment / retaliation intake

Sensitive HR conversations where the employee's ability to communicate fully matters. OmniLink keeps the conversation flowing while you focus on the person.

Contractor coordination

Multi-language contractor crews on job sites. Daily check-ins, safety briefings, and incident debriefs in the contractor's primary language.

Compliance & integration

The posture your safety committee will accept.

OmniLink is built for the regulatory reality of US manufacturing and staffing — OSHA documentation, EEOC interview parity, US-only residency, audit-tight.

Vertical FAQ

Common questions for this industry.

Can OmniLink be the safety briefing itself?

No — and our Terms make this explicit. Use OmniLink to deliver the briefing content in the workers' languages, but always pair it with a qualified bilingual safety lead for the actual lockout/tagout, hot-work, confined-space, or other safety-critical procedures. OmniLink documents that the worker received the briefing in their language; it doesn't replace the qualified verification step.

How does this help with EEOC interview parity?

OmniLink gives you a documented record that every applicant for the same role received the same structured questions in their language. The audit log timestamps the interview, the interviewer, the language used, and the consent captured. Combined with your standard interview rubric, it's the documentation EEOC investigators ask for if a disparate-impact claim arises.

What languages do you cover for our specific worker population?

OmniLink lists 90+ languages, each labelled by maturity. Spanish, Vietnamese, Portuguese, Arabic, and the other Stable languages are validated in production; Somali and Haitian Creole are in Beta, so run a short test session before relying on them. For specific rare languages (K'iche', Hassaniya Arabic) our immigration-language pack is in development and not yet available — ask us about your specific need.

Can workers consent on-site (instead of in advance)?

Yes. Our consent flow captures attestation at the start of every session, both verbally (recorded) and in writing (signed acknowledgment) where the workspace is configured for written consent. The signed acknowledgment routes to the worker's HR record.

What about contractor and 1099 workers?

OmniLink supports contractor workspaces — you can grant temporary access to a job-site supervisor and revoke it when the project ends. Audit-logged. Useful for multi-employer construction sites where the OSHA "multi-employer citation policy" makes documentation of safety communication important across all on-site contractors.
