Built on the engines that power top-tier voice products
Language access is broken at exactly the moment it matters most.
Patients, clients, and workers who don’t speak fluent English are routed into impossible scheduling windows or unsafe ad-hoc workarounds. The cost is paid by the people least able to advocate for themselves.
Phone interpreter dispatch
5–15 min
average wait to bridge a qualified human interpreter onto a clinical or legal call — every encounter pauses while the line connects.
Incumbent rate
$4–7 / min
for phone-based human interpretation in rare languages — when agencies can staff them at all.
Regulated audience
25M+
U.S. adults with Limited English Proficiency. Healthcare, legal, financial-services and workplace teams are legally required to serve them under §1557, Title VI, CFPB, and OSHA rules.
Interpretation that integrates into the conversation, not around it.
Most "AI translation" tools are document utilities bolted onto a chat box. OmniLink is built around the live, two-way conversation that healthcare, legal, and frontline teams actually have — with the compliance posture those teams require.
Real-time, two-way conversation
Sub-second latency. Provider speaks English, patient hears Spanish — and vice versa — without losing flow.
HIPAA-ready, audit-tight
BAA available. AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit. US-only data residency. Every action logged.
Configurable retention
Including deliver-then-purge mode: original audio destroyed the moment your transcript lands in your system.
AI that learns your context
Custom phrase glossary. Per-workspace style. Per-speaker voice adaptation. Better with every session.
Four steps. No interpreter to schedule.
OmniLink runs the entire interpretation pipeline — capture, translation, speech synthesis, and delivery — in a single platform you control.
Capture
/01Live mic or phone bridge — the client can dial in from any phone with no app to install. Per-speaker voice profiles adapt automatically.
Translate
/02Streaming speech recognition + context-aware translation. The model keeps the conversation history so register and meaning stay consistent across the session.
Speak
/03Natural spoken output in 39 languages. Sub-second latency end-to-end — the conversation never stalls waiting for a translation to finish.
Deliver
/04Approved transcripts + AI-generated session notes route to your EHR, DMS, S3 bucket, or webhook. Configurable retention, including deliver-then-purge.
Five industries, one platform.
Each vertical gets the same engine — and a compliance posture matched to its regulatory reality. Glossaries, workflows, and integrations tune to the specific work you do every day.

Frequently asked questions.
Quick answers to what most teams want to know before booking a demo.
How does OmniLink compare to a human interpreter?
For complex high-stakes work like court testimony, certified human interpreters are still the right call. For the high-volume routine work — patient consults, intake interviews, parent-teacher conferences, claims interviews — OmniLink delivers the same quality faster and at a fraction of the per-minute cost. Most customers use both, with OmniLink handling the always-available baseline.
Is OmniLink HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with healthcare tenants, and the underlying stack is HIPAA-eligible. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), stored in US-only regions, and we never use customer data to train vendor models. Posture documentation available on request.
How fast is "real-time" really?
Sub-second from end of utterance to start of translated speech. We use streaming speech recognition + a context-aware translation pass + low-latency text-to-speech. Conversations stay in flow — neither party waits.
What about rare or low-resource languages?
Our standard catalog is 39 languages. The immigration pack — K’iche’, Pular, and Hassaniya Arabic — is in beta with native-speaker QA. We add languages based on customer demand; if you need a language we don’t ship yet, tell us at discovery.
Where do session notes go?
Anywhere you tell us. Out of the box we deliver to webhooks, S3 / GCS, and have first-class connectors for Epic, Cerner, Athena, NetDocuments, iManage, and Clio. Custom destinations are usually a one-day adapter — no big-bang integration project.
Can we control how long audio is retained?
Yes — retention is configurable per workspace. Including "deliver-then-purge" mode, where the original audio is destroyed the moment the approved transcript lands in your system. Default retention follows your compliance posture for your industry.
How is OmniLink priced?
Per-tenant monthly subscription tied to a minute pool (Starter / Growth / Enterprise), plus overage at a published per-minute rate, plus optional add-on integrations. Founding-customer pricing is available through launch — book a demo to talk through your fit.
How long does onboarding take?
Most workspaces are live in under a week. The bulk of that is on your side (signing the BAA, picking glossary terms, deciding delivery destinations). The platform itself provisions in minutes — each new tenant gets a clean isolated environment with no carry-over from any other customer.
Stop scheduling around your interpreter shortage.
